  3. Go to “Accounts” or  “Accounts & sync” or “Users & accounts”.
  4. Select “Google”.
  5. Tap on the Google account you want to remove.
  6. Depending upon your Android device, either of the three options could follow.

  2.  Select “Remove account” from the dialog box that pops up.

  2. Select “Remove” again if prompted.

If the Google account that you want to remove is the only account on your device, you will be requested to enter your device’s password, pin, or biometric identification to proceed with the removal process.

Removing the only Google account will clear all the data associated with that particular account such as contacts, emails, Play Store access, YouTube access, etc.

NOTE: You can sign in to that Google account again on your device in the future. But, every time you remove it, data linked to it will be lost.
